Answers to some commonly asked questions about billing.
How often am I billed, and for what?
You are billed at the end of the month for the price of your plan, as well as any charges incurred by freight not included in your plan. Any items which have incurred customs charges will need those charges paid for immediately before removing the item from the store. We don't add any hidden costs, and will always inform you beforehand if there are any unusual charges, to avoid surprises.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, or certified checks.
